This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus per contract year and requires a board-certified physician with a Missouri license, medical school graduation, and at least a 3-year primary care residency.
Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care through a collaborative team approach, coordinating care, ensuring patient rights, attending training, and supporting clinic operations.
The role involves direct patient care at various sites to maintain continuity, assisting colleagues, and fulfilling contractual service obligations.
