– Part-time Physician position in an outpatient setting focusing on HIV/AIDS care, prevention, and advocacy in South Carolina.
Collaborate with case management and prevention teams to link and retain people living with HIV in care while meeting prevention goals.
Provide comprehensive primary and infectious disease/HIV specialty care for adult patients, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care aligned with clinical guidelines.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and commitment to addressing health disparities.
Offer HIV testing, education, and awareness services.
Build strong patient relationships, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications include MD degree from an accredited institution, current South Carolina medical license, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with preferred HIV care experience.
Minimum 3 years of medical practice experience preferred; must have DEA registration, BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, and pass a criminal background check.
Salary ranges from $185,000 to $200,000, with 15-30 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
In-person work location; must be insurable and have reliable transportation.
