We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time positions in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, Colorado.

Qualifications include MD or DO from an accredited school, current Colorado medical license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred experience in post-acute care and familiarity with relevant EMR systems.
