This full-time Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician role in Colorado Springs offers a salary of $275,000-$315,000 with a flexible schedule, no night call, and a robust sign-on bonus plus $50,000+ in performance bonuses and directorship opportunities.
Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.
Maintain timely documentation, participate in care coordination, and meet quality and safety standards.
Offer Medical Directorship to one facility; additional directorships available for extra compensation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engage in quality improvement, and build positive patient and staff relationships.
Travel between facilities; reliable transportation required.
Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts.
