Physician (MD/DO) – Urgent Care

We are seeking a Physician to oversee clinical shifts at Alabama clinics, providing excellent urgent care in a lively, fully equipped setting without primary care panels or after-hours calls.

Evaluate and treat walk-in patients of all ages with minor illnesses and injuries.

Perform procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, and foreign body removal.

Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs, and prescribe medications via an efficient EMR system.

Collaborate with radiology and telehealth specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient visits in real-time, completing charting before shifts end—no after-hours work.

Enjoy a balanced schedule with rotating three and four-shift weeks.

Qualifications include MD or DO with Board Certification in Family or Emergency Medicine, an active Alabama medical license, current BLS and ACLS, and at least one year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience. DOT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days is required.
