Seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Plainwell Urgent Care location in MI.
Offers up to $132k package with BCBS PPO health plans, vision, dental, life insurance, short & long-term disability, 401K with up to 6% match, 4 weeks PTO, CME assistance, paid training, and a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities include examining patients, ordering diagnostic tests, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, maintaining records, patient education, and promoting health.
Qualifications include expertise in primary, acute, and chronic care, strong communication, ethics, team spirit, patience, and a willingness to learn. Experience in emergency, hospital, urgent care, or wound care preferred.
