Join an experienced team of four providers at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Lead and contribute to a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit and outpatient clinic, with opportunities to shape departmental vision.
Work closely with admission screeners to identify and manage a caseload of approximately 10 inpatients, developing patient-centered, individualized care plans in collaboration with the rehab team.
Participate in quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards and have outpatient clinic opportunities.
