Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician*.
Work with an experienced team of four providers in a comprehensive rehabilitation setting, including CARF-accredited inpatient and outpatient programs.
Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatients, collaborating with the rehab team to develop patient-centered care plans.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development, with outpatient clinic opportunities available.
Schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours and call as needed.
Qualifications include MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R, and willingness to relocate with employer assistance.
