Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician* to join our healthcare team.

Diagnose and manage neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide outpatient rehabilitation services.

Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials.

Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in PM&R, valid NY license, excellent communication skills; pain management experience is a plus.

Salary: $400,000 – $550,000 annually.
