We are seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing effective treatment for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
Establish speech and language goals using assessment tools. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions focused on receptive and expressive language skills, considering sensory, motor, and regulation needs. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide play-based and goal-oriented interventions to promote communication across settings. Work closely with families to understand their values and goals, educating them on home programs. Contribute to program development and support a holistic approach to therapy. Deliver at least 22.75 hours of direct patient care weekly, excluding administrative time. We prefer candidates with a master’s degree, Massachusetts licensure, strong clinical skills, a passion for working with children, and flexibility to learn. Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to perform physical activities are also required. Compensation ranges from $44.09 to $55.11 hourly, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
