Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, sterilizing instruments, assisting during procedures, and adhering to infection control and regulatory protocols.
The ideal candidate holds an active RDH license, has relevant education, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills.
Experience with dental software like Dentrix and pediatric-specific care techniques is preferred.
