Opportunity for an RN – Telemetry position in Springfield, Illinois, at a Triage facility.
Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
Participates in patient and family teaching, providing education and support.
Works collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams, demonstrating leadership.
Maintains professional nursing standards in a clinical setting.
Requires 2+ years of RN – Telemetry experience and Illinois state license.
Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be needed.
Must have reliable transportation for travel assignments.
Work 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts, starting July 28, 2025.
