We are seeking a licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our behavioral health team in a 54-bed private mental health hospital in Greenville, TX.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling for adults (18+) addressing issues like PTSD, grief, addiction, and disabilities. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic, and creative therapies. Manage crisis situations and ensure patient safety while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document clinical progress accurately. Participate in research initiatives to improve treatment outcomes.Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure (LMSW, LPC, LMFT), at least 3 years of outpatient experience, and skills in crisis intervention and behavioral health modalities. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with work hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
