Outpatient Therapist (Licensed)

We are seeking a licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services in a private, supportive setting.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, delivering individual, group, and family therapy for issues such as PTSD, addiction, and grief, and managing crisis situations. The role involves documenting progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in research initiatives.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

Licensure as LMSW, LPC, or LMFT

At least 3 years of outpatient experience and 1 year of group therapy experience

Knowledge of behavioral health modalities, crisis intervention, and HIPAA compliance

Strong communication skills, ability to engage patients via telehealth if needed
