Requires five years of acute care nursing experience with leadership skills, a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and specialty or leadership certification.
Focuses on performance improvement by setting goals, measuring outcomes, and promoting interdisciplinary teamwork to enhance patient care and meet organizational benchmarks.
Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains population-specific standards across diverse patient groups.
Manages fiscal responsibilities, monitors resource utilization, and evaluates clinical and financial data to drive performance improvements.
Prioritizes patient and customer satisfaction through effective communication, service recovery, and high performance standards.
Other duties may be assigned as needed. The position offers a pay range of $43.28-$67.65 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. The role is full-time, day shift, and in person.
