We are a small, physician-owned surgical hospital seeking a motivated OR Manager to oversee the OR, Pre-Op/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Pre-Admission Testing departments.

Lead daily operations focused on patient safety, efficiency, staffing, and resource management across surgical services specializing in ENT, Orthopedic, and Spine procedures.
Build strong relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance management.
Require a minimum of 3 years OR experience, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and certifications such as BLS; PALS and ACLS preferred.
