We are seeking a dependable Nurse Unit Manager to oversee daily patient care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing.
Full-time position from 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
Compensation based on education and experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include managing unit operations, following up after shifts, maintaining resident health, acting as a liaison with families, developing and adjusting care plans, supervising staff, collaborating with healthcare providers, delivering hands-on care, and completing administrative tasks.
Requirements: LPN or RN license.
