The position is located in a 22-bed Renal, Transplant, and Urology unit specializing in medical-surgical patients, including the only transplant center in Central Iowa.

The Unit Supervisor provides leadership within the management team, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and collaborating across departments to ensure cost-effective, quality care for a diverse patient population, including infants to geriatric patients.
Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Nursing (with willingness to obtain a BSN within 3 years), current Iowa RN license, BCLS certification, valid driver’s license, and at least one year of RN experience.
Highly preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience in a relevant specialty area.
