We are seeking a reliable, clinically skilled RN to serve as Nursing Supervisor (Weekends) to support our healthcare team.
Direct and oversee nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and resolve patient or customer concerns.
Project and adjust staffing levels, maintain nursing standards, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Develop improvement strategies for nursing and patient care, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and assist in establishing policies.
Evaluate employee performance, assist with staff conferences, and support special projects and studies.
Provide nursing care when needed, manage equipment and supplies, and respond to emergency or disaster situations.
Perform other duties as directed; work full-time or part-time with a pay range of $38-$45/hour.
