We are seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to oversee medical care and wellness coordination in ICF/IDD group homes and community settings.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Supervise and support nursing staff, oversee medical needs, and coordinate appointments.
Lead quality improvement efforts and provide training on medication, first aid, and preventive health.
Collaborate with medical professionals and serve as a resource across departments.
Manage staff hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain accurate documentation, advocate for clients, and support families and guardians.
Requirements include an active Indiana RN license, minimum 2 years RN experience, supervisory experience preferred, and familiarity with I/DD populations.
Must have strong leadership, communication skills, and be comfortable with electronic documentation.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate assistive devices, and drive agency vehicles required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties, and pass background and drug screening.
