We are seeking a skilled clinical professional to perform comprehensive surgical assessments, physical exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the attending surgeon.
Responsibilities include daily rounds with the surgical team, managing inpatient and outpatient patients, pre- and post-operative care, diagnostic interpretation, admissions, consultations, and discharges. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical expert providing direct patient care, assist in surgeries, and manage all aspects of inpatient and outpatient treatment. You will be responsible for charting, documentation, and executing medical regimens as directed by supervising physicians. Participation in the call schedule is required. Requirements include certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a patient-focused approach rooted in respect, compassion, and accountability.
