Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years’ experience in pain management to provide compassionate patient care in a clinic setting.
Must have active VA license, DEA, and be able to travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities include conducting patient interviews, reviewing imaging, diagnosing, prescribing treatments, ordering and interpreting tests, and counseling patients. Administrative duties involve thorough documentation and patient communication. Ensure compliance with licensing and practice guidelines. Experience with EMR systems preferred; malpractice insurance provided. Work hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with a flexible schedule and no weekends or on-call.
