We are seeking a compassionate Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.
Provide advanced nursing care, including physical exams, medical histories, diagnostic test interpretation, and disease management. Prescribe medications, develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, and educate patients on prevention and self-care. Monitor patient progress and offer counseling to patients and families. Qualifications include a valid Nurse Practitioner license, Master’s degree, and preferred experience, with strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology. Skills required include IV insertion, ICU experience, sterile processing, medical imaging, and monitoring vital signs. Experience in assisted living facilities is a plus.
