Nurse Practitioner

– Provides high-quality, clinically competent medical care within scope of practice in various healthcare settings.

  • Collaborates with healthcare team to manage acute and chronic conditions, perform assessments, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care.
  • Ensures patient safety, adherence to policies, infection control, and documentation standards.
  • Participates in performance improvement, staff education, and quality assurance activities.
  • Conducts examinations, diagnoses, treats, and counsels patients, promoting preventive care and health maintenance.
  • Provides clinical leadership, oversight of staff, and supports site operations as needed.
  • Maintains necessary certifications, licensure, and documentation, including NPI, DEA, and CPR/BLS.
  • Requires a master’s degree in nursing, certification as an OB/GYN or Women’s Health NP, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be licensed, have active certifications, and possess strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience includes working with Veterans or emergency care.
