– Provides high-quality, clinically competent medical care within scope of practice in various healthcare settings.
Collaborates with healthcare team to manage acute and chronic conditions, perform assessments, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care.
Ensures patient safety, adherence to policies, infection control, and documentation standards.
Participates in performance improvement, staff education, and quality assurance activities.
Conducts examinations, diagnoses, treats, and counsels patients, promoting preventive care and health maintenance.
Provides clinical leadership, oversight of staff, and supports site operations as needed.
Maintains necessary certifications, licensure, and documentation, including NPI, DEA, and CPR/BLS.
Requires a master’s degree in nursing, certification as an OB/GYN or Women’s Health NP, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Must be licensed, have active certifications, and possess strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience includes working with Veterans or emergency care.
