We are seeking a
to join a full-time leadership team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. This is a
opportunity.
- Supervise nursing care and services during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee staffing, assignments, and support clinical personnel.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and resources for staff.
- Monitor quality care initiatives, compliance, and patient safety procedures.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to clinical staff, celebrating progress and milestones.
- Active RN license in New Mexico or compact license.
- BLS certification (ACLS within one year).
- CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience in the past 5 years.
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar supervisory role.
- Annual salary: $100,000 – $125,000, depending on experience.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Full-time, day shift: five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday.
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:8 AM & 1:9 PM.
