This leadership role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates. You will oversee a dedicated team providing inpatient and outpatient care, including substance abuse treatment and collaborations with community partners. The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s with an action plan), two+ years of healthcare leadership experience, and an active Iowa RN license.
