We are seeking a Nurse Manager for Inpatient Behavioral Health at Iowa Lutheran Hospital to lead our expanding behavioral health services.
This new leadership role involves overseeing clinical staff and managing operational and capital budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree (or a Bachelor’s with an action plan to complete within 3 years), at least two years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, and a current Iowa RN license.
Responsibilities include staff orientation, competency development, employee engagement, and implementing organizational goals aligned with the strategic plan.
Qualifications also include knowledge of HR laws, change management, and safety regulations.
