This Nurse Leadership role oversees our Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, coordinating patient care, mentoring staff, and managing the practice environment. The position involves strategic planning, quality improvement, and resource management for approximately 360 annual cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities include policy development, staff supervision, staffing and scheduling, performance evaluation, budget management, and fostering a culture of education and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Nursing (preferred), at least five years of clinical experience (preferably pediatric), previous management experience, and active RN licensure. CVOR certification and nursing administration credentials are preferred.
