We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team.

Provide outpatient care for children from birth to age 21, including newborn visits and lactation support (certified or willing to obtain training).

Perform well-child exams, manage acute illnesses, and address pediatric mental health concerns.

Work within a team-based model, collaborating with physicians and specialists, with an average of 16 patients daily.

Qualifications include NY licensure, 2+ years clinical experience (pediatrics preferred), and lactation certification or willingness to obtain.

Compensation ranges from $50–$60/hr plus bonuses, with benefits like PTO, CME stipend, health insurance, retirement, and no on-call duties.
