Seeking Neonatologists to join a dedicated team in Jacksonville, Florida, caring for premature and critically ill newborns in a Level IV NICU with access to top-tier resources.

Coordinate interdisciplinary care involving maternal-fetal medicine, surgery, and cardiology.

Perform or supervise procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, and surfactant administration.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

Communicate compassionately with families about patient conditions and care.

Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations as needed.
