Growing wound care company seeks an energetic SNF Rounding Clinician in Albuquerque, NM to manage a full-time patient load across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and home settings.
Responsible for direct patient care, implementing treatment protocols, accurate documentation, and ordering tests. Collaborates with clinical leadership to improve care quality and ensures timely communication with patients and healthcare partners. Maintains compliance with protocols, certifications, and documentation standards. Requires Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (e.g., FNP, ANP), with at least one year of wound care and NP experience, and preferably wound care certification (WCC, CWS, WOCN). Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and travel using personal vehicle (reimbursed). Demonstrates leadership, professionalism, and a passion for patient outcomes. Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends, with a base salary of $140,000/year plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance.
