This full-time position is based at the Diamondback Correctional Facility in Watonga, OK, with bi-weekly pay and the option to access up to 70% of earned wages daily.
The role involves providing clinical mental health services in a correctional setting, focusing on non-medical mental health care.
Key responsibilities include conducting mental health screenings and assessments, developing and modifying individual treatment plans, documenting activities, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering counseling and crisis intervention.
Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, with at least five years of clinical experience, including two in a similar role.
Candidates must have appropriate state licensing (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver’s license (preferred).
