We are seeking a compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in Albuquerque, NM.

  • Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, with license eligibility in New Mexico, and at least three years of experience. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapy approaches, and crisis intervention skills are essential. Excellent listening and communication skills are required.

  • This in-office role involves conducting all new patient visits in person, with follow-up visits potentially offered via telemedicine based on patient needs.
