We are seeking Mental Health Professionals to provide direct counseling and mental health services to clients referred, working in school-based and outpatient settings across multiple locations including Texarkana, Nashville, Mineral Springs, Ashdown, Foreman, Dequeen, Horatio, Murfreesboro, Dierks, and Blevins.
This full-time role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, referral and relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Key responsibilities include delivering and documenting treatment interventions according to individualized treatment plans under supervision, ensuring services are timely and cost-effective.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of mental health counseling experience preferred, and an active Arkansas license. The position requires English proficiency and availability for day shifts, Monday to Friday, with some on-call duties.
