This role is a community-based mental health professional providing co-occurring services to clients with mental health and substance use conditions.
Responsibilities include reviewing regulations, developing individualized care plans, delivering individual and group therapy, case management, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with a treatment team, represent the organization in community settings, and be available for on-call support to ensure continuous client care.
Requirements include a master’s degree in counseling or social sciences, licensure as a mental health professional per WAC 246-341, at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with Washington State regulations, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
Candidate must possess excellent clinical judgment, handle diverse client needs, and work well with team members and community stakeholders.
Physical demands involve sitting, speaking, hearing, and occasional light lifting, with work primarily indoors and in community settings.
