We are seeking a Licensed or License-Eligible Clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) to join our Family Preservation team, serving Region 4 (Allen, Whitley, Noble, Dekalb, La Grange, Steuben counties).
Provide short-term, family-focused services in-home and via Telehealth, tailored to families’ needs without arbitrary productivity demands.
Utilize skills such as compassion, active listening, therapy, and evidence-based practices like 123 Magic, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
Collaborate with community partners and support families in accessing resources to promote self-sufficiency.
Develop and implement individualized assessments and service plans, ensuring safety and well-being of all family members.
Maintain flexible scheduling, including travel and virtual meetings.
Qualifications include an independent unrestricted license in Indiana, child welfare experience, and established relationships with DCS preferred.
