This full-time Licensed Nurse position oversees the Memory Care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing, and evaluating daily operations, staff supervision, and implementing care plans.
Participate in resident admission, treatment monitoring, documentation, and family involvement.
Manage personnel, provide staff training, evaluate performance, and address personnel issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements; participate in surveys and inspections.
Maintain resident rights, oversee equipment and supplies, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
