We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead clinical teams across diverse healthcare settings, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Supervise nursing staff, oversee patient assessments, documentation, medication administration, and clinical procedures. Coordinate discharge planning, case management, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, NCQA, and healthcare regulations. Manage medical records using EMR/EHR systems like Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in specialties such as geriatrics, NICU, behavioral health, and trauma. Ensure infection control, staff training, and adherence to safety protocols for high-risk procedures. Lead initiatives in patient education, chronic disease management, and quality improvement. Requirements include an active RN license, extensive clinical and supervisory experience, proficiency with EMR/EHR, and strong leadership skills.
