As a full-time Perioperative Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical practice and patient care in the Pre-op, OR, PACU, and GI/Endoscopy departments, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Lead staff development, assess competency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Require a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a valid CA RN license, minimum 5 years of perioperative nursing experience, and 2 years of leadership experience. Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) and bilingual skills (Spanish) are preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary; experience with EMR systems is a plus.
