We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Ohio, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Offering $75.00 – $90.00 per hour, this role involves conducting individual, group, and family therapy tailored to residents’ needs.
Responsibilities include performing diagnostic assessments (e.g., Alzheimer’s screening), developing behavior management strategies, supporting residents with emotional challenges, and collaborating with staff and families for comprehensive care.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, along with active Ohio licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LPC).
Preferred experience includes working in long-term care settings and knowledge of dementia care.
