We are seeking a full-time Licensed In-Home Therapist to provide trauma-informed, community-based therapy to children and families facing various challenges.
Offer evidence-based mental health services, assessments, and individualized treatment plans in home, community, or office settings. Conduct family and individual sessions addressing trauma, behavioral issues, parenting, and life transitions. Collaborate with team members, schools, and community agencies; document services and prepare court reports as needed. Identify risks, create safety plans, and respond to crises while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field, Indiana licensure, and at least one year of experience working with youth and families. Preferred traits include bilingual skills, familiarity with community-based models, and experience with underserved populations.
