This contract Licensed Therapist position (2025–2026 school year) is based onsite at middle and high schools in Winston-Salem, NC.
Provides individual and group therapy to students with emotional and behavioral needs, maintaining a caseload of 10–25 students.
Completes comprehensive clinical assessments (CCAs) and collaborates with school staff and families to support student progress.
Coordinates referrals to higher levels of care like MST and IIH as needed.
Works at least 3 days per week (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), with a private office provided at the school.
Requires full licensure in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT preferred) or provisional licensure with supervision.
Must have a master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience working with at-risk youth.
Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge of school-based therapy, MST, and IIH services are essential.
