We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist (ST) to join our adult day health care team.
Licensed by the Speech, Pathology, and Audiology Board, the ST will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized speech therapy programs. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating care plans, delivering therapy services, participating in team meetings, maintaining thorough documentation, and training families and staff. Qualifications include current licensure, health and safety clearances, CPR/First Aid certifications, and preferred experience in adult care settings. Flexible hours between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with part-time, per diem roles at $75-$85/hour. Position requires in-person work in Santa Maria, CA, with relocation assistance. Reporting to the Program Director, this role offers a supportive environment dedicated to enhancing participant well-being through skilled therapy.
