We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our multidisciplinary team at a Rural Health Clinic in Fort Mitchell, AL.
Provide therapy to individuals and families, including psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy for diverse mental health needs, including crisis intervention.
Collaborate with team members such as psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers to enhance care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards.
Participate in team meetings, care coordination, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, active LPC license in Alabama, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and experience with EHRs are preferred. Specializations like trauma, EMDR, or working with specific populations are a plus.
This full-time position offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, clinical supervision, and continuing education reimbursement. Salary ranges from $49,000 to $55,000 annually.
