Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist position onsite in Lake Ozark MO, offering relocation assistance for qualified candidates. The role provides an annual salary of $75,000-$80,000, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Serving young adults aged 18-20, the therapist will collaborate with a dedicated team to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver individual, group, and family therapy using relational, systemic, and experiential modalities. The position includes managing a caseload of 8-9 clients, utilizing specialized therapies such as adventure and animal-assisted therapy, and partnering with over 40 Golden Retrievers in a canine therapy program. Responsibilities also involve timely documentation, working within an integrated care team, and applying culturally competent, developmentally appropriate interventions.
