Licensed Independent Social Worker

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a new agency.

Offer individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans.

Coordinate care, participate in team meetings, and support discharge planning for clients.

Maintain accurate documentation meeting regulatory standards and support trauma-informed practices.

Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and assist with compliance audits.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT, and 8-10 years of experience preferred.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $72,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule.
