This Licensed Counselor position offers possible remote/telehealth work with pay based on licensure.
Responsible for data gathering, documenting issues, and developing treatment plans for adult patients and families.
Provide individual and group counseling, lead training sessions, and serve as a therapeutic leader.
Coordinate with community agencies and law enforcement to ensure treatment continuity and legal compliance.
Conduct chemical dependency assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate patient charts within specified timeframes.
Work with medical staff to obtain urinalysis samples, document results, and participate in diversion control activities.
Assist with medication requests, ensure confidentiality, and manage patient files securely.
Complete discharge procedures promptly and contribute to ongoing treatment assessments.
Educate patients about addiction and recovery, provide crisis intervention, and participate in public education efforts.
Engage in professional development, quality improvement, and team case reviews.
Minimum qualifications include licensure as LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, or supervised registration, with a valid driver’s license.
Requires sitting, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs., and maintaining mental alertness, attention to detail, and accuracy.
