This Licensed Counselor role offers possible remote/telehealth options with pay based on licensure.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group addiction counseling to adults and families.
Serve as a liaison with community agencies and law enforcement to ensure treatment continuity and legal compliance.
Complete accurate patient documentation, maintain confidentiality, and update charts within specified timeframes.
Assist in urinalysis, medication requests, and diversion control activities.
Provide patient education on chemical dependency and recovery, crisis intervention, and support services.
Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
Ensure all files comply with regulations, and discharge patients timely.
Qualifications include valid LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licensure/registration in Oklahoma, with a valid ID or driver’s license.
Physical demands include sitting, occasional lifting, and reaching.
Mental requirements involve alertness, attention to detail, following instructions, and accuracy in documentation.
