Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor

Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor in Palm Desert, CA, for our Behavioral Health Services Program.

Ideal for newly licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC professionals, this role involves coordinating TBS and mental health programs, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for at-risk children and families.

Responsibilities include case reviews, individual and family therapy, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and training. The supervisor ensures compliance with regulations, oversees service delivery, and participates in team meetings.

Requirements:

Master’s in a mental health field

California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Crisis management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Position offers a salary of $78,300, benefits, and hybrid remote work. Travel within the region is required.
