-The Clinical Director (licensed required) oversees mental health and substance abuse services, conducts intake assessments, and provides therapeutic services. Must hold active licenses such as LPC/MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.

  • Provide oversight and supervision to therapists and their caseloads.
  • Identify and facilitate therapeutic training for staff.
  • Verify intake assessments to evaluate clients’ physical and mental conditions.
  • Conduct individual therapeutic services and psychological assessments as needed.
  • Develop clinical diagnoses using DSM-5 and collaborate with management.
  • Participate in team meetings and ensure timely documentation of case records.
  • Perform crisis interventions and adhere to organizational policies.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity.

    • Required skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with strong time management and adaptability. Must have a Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited institution, and hold a current LCSW, LMHP, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent license in Tennessee. No felony convictions, and must pass drug screening and background checks.

    Full-time position with a salary of $91,500/year, offering benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday, in person, with a preference for candidates in or willing to relocate to Waverly, TN. The work environment combines in-person responsibilities.
